Atlanta Sprinkler Repair
When having your lawn sprinkler system repaired, be sure that your irrigation company thoroughly inspects your entire system as well. Many irrigation companies in Atlanta have a one hour minimum or service fee, so be sure you utilize their services to have your entire system looked at to prevent future irrigation system repairs.

Irrigation Repair Atlanta
When you make contact with an irrigation company for irrigation repair atlanta, be sure to ask the irrigation company what all is included in their service fee or first hour of service. Does it include adjustments? Re-programming your controller?
Don't be fooled by irrigation companies in Atlanta that claim "no service fee" as they usually have a one hour minimum charge that exceeds the service fee that other irrigation companies charge.

New Irrigation System Installation
Today will be the first of probably 3 days of a new irrigation system installation. This project has 6 zones (one of micro misters), a Pro-C controller and highly efficient Hunter Solar Sync. When installing an irrigation system in this county, you are required to get a separate irrigation meter. We are combining this with drainage correction and look forward to getting started.

Best time of year to install a new system
Today, I want to remind everyone that spring is upon us and in spite of the snow we got on the southside yesterday - spring will be here before you know it.
Right now is the best time to plan and install your new irrigation system in Atlanta. Installation this time of year, particularly while the sod is dormant, will allow the trenchlines to cover from the installation when the sod comes out of dormancy. This will provide you with a luxurious green lawn this spring.
There will be a rush after the first few warm days of people trying to plan and install irrigation systems as there is every year. I would highly recommend you do this now to beat the rush as most irrigation companies in Atlanta are running specials for new irrigation system installation, give free new irrigation system estimates and so you will already be ahead of the game when spring comes so that your lawn reaches it's fullest potential.
You can find more out on our website about our company and specials.

Rain Sensors and then some
I can't help but continuing on about the importance of rain sensors or something more like Hunter's Solar Sync. We did several repair calls over the weekend where irrigation companies in Atlanta didn't comply with the state requirement for rain sensors. Contractors are doing a huge disservice to their customers when they don't meet this small inexpensive requirement.
You can take a step up towards saving a little on watering your lawn by making an investment in a new controller which allows for seasonal adjustments and adding a Solar Sync. I did this and saved an average of 30% on my personal watering bill during the spring and summer last year.

New Irrigation System Install in Conyers
Today we are starting on a new irrigation system install in Conyers. One of our crews is on-site now getting to work on the new irrigation system which consists of 7 zones - 6 rotors and 1 micro mister. These customers took their time, got quotes, interviewed irrigation companies in Atlanta and chose Millenium Irrigation, LLC. These customers have picked the Hunter Pro-C controller in combination with Hunter's Solar Sync ET system to help keep their watering bills in check. Look for more updates on this project. As I always say, chose wisely, chose effectively and most importantly, water efficiently.

Best time of year to install irrigation in Atlanta
Before spring, well, "springs" you really should go ahead and install your new irrigation system in Atlanta. Make sure you use a reputable contractor such as Millenium Irrigation, LLC. There are state requirements for certain materials that should be used when installing an irrigation system in Atlanta or the metro area. Some counties require a double-check backflow prevention. The irrigation company in Atlanta that you chose should know the state requirements for backflow prevention and rain sensors. Chose wisely, chose effectively and water efficiently.
